The preparation principle is: natural or recombinant GST immune mice, after the end of immunization, the mouse is killed and taken from its spleen, made into single cells, and then fused with myeloma cells, and then screened by ELISA or other means, the screened cells are cloned to form a stable cell line, the cell line is cultured in vitro or induced ascites in mice, and then purified from the medium or ascites to obtain GST monoclonal antibody, and finally identified and confirmed by ELISA or western blot method.
