When the chromatography reaches the test line (T1 line or T2 line), the complex will be immunoconjugated with the recombinant gp41 antigen embedded in T1 line or the recombinant gp36 antigen embedded in T2 line, so that the bridging colloidal gold will be colored in T1 line or T2 line. When the remaining gold labels continue to be chromatographed to the control line (C line), the gold label will be colored by the immune reaction with the multiantibody embedded here, that is, both T line and C line will be colored as red bands, indicating that HIV antibody is contained in the blood; If the serum does not contain HIV antibody or is lower than a certain amount, the recombinant gp41 antigen or gp36 antigen at T1 or T2 will not react, and the T line will not show color, while the polyclonal antibody at C line will show color after immune reaction with the gold label, indicating that there is no HIV antibody in the blood.
